1. Permission to record and broadcast I authorize Jennifer Horowitz and Glen Horowitz, individually and doing business as TBX Unfiltered (collectively, “TBX”), to photograph, film, livestream, and otherwise record my appearance and participation in the program. This permission includes my name, public or stage name, image, likeness, voice, statements, performance, biographical information, and any other material I contribute during the appearance.
I understand that a live program may be viewed, recorded, clipped, quoted, and shared by members of the public while it is happening and afterward.
2. Rights granted I grant TBX a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to record, reproduce, edit, excerpt, adapt, caption, translate, publish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, livestream, rebroadcast, archive, advertise, and otherwise use the appearance in any media or format now known or later developed.
This includes full episodes and audio or video programs, as well as clips, highlights, shorts, reels, still images, screenshots, quotations, transcripts, captions, promotional materials, advertisements, and other derivative content. TBX may use my name, voice, image, likeness, statements, performance, and biographical information to identify, publicize, promote, distribute, and monetize TBX Unfiltered and related TBX programming.
TBX may authorize its service providers, licensees, distributors, social-media services, podcast platforms, streaming platforms, and other exhibition partners—including YouTube—to exercise these rights. I understand that the appearance may be commercially monetized and that I will not receive royalties or other compensation except as specifically stated in this release or a separate written agreement.
3. Editing and approval TBX may edit the appearance for length, clarity, format, scheduling, promotion, or other editorial and production purposes, and may combine it with other material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished program, edits, captions, promotional use, or other authorized uses. TBX is not required to use or publish the appearance.
4. Guest-provided materials If I provide photographs, video, audio, documents, graphics, a headshot, logo, or other materials for use with the appearance, I grant TBX the same rights described above for those materials. I represent that I own them or have permission to authorize TBX’s use. This paragraph does not transfer rights in third-party material that I merely discuss or reference during the program.
Guest-provided materials, if any 5. Guest representations I represent that I am at least 18 years old and have authority to sign this release, or that I am the parent or legal guardian signing for the minor identified below. My participation will not knowingly violate another agreement, court order, professional duty, or legal obligation.
I will not knowingly make false statements or disclose information that I am not authorized to share, including confidential, nondisclosure-protected, privileged, sealed, private medical, or private personnel information. I will clearly identify opinions, allegations, speculation, and information I have not independently verified.
6. Release of claims To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Jennifer Horowitz, Glen Horowitz, TBX Unfiltered, and their licensees, distributors, platforms, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims arising from the recording or authorized use of the appearance or guest-provided materials, including claims involving privacy, publicity, use of name or likeness, voice, editing, or authorized advertising and promotion.
Nothing in this release authorizes a knowingly false endorsement by me of an unrelated product, political candidate, or organization.
